Initial Screening
A quick call to understand your background, interests, and what you're looking for in your next role. We'll also share more about what we're building and answer any questions you have.Technical Interview or Take Home Assignment
You'll work with one of the founders through a practical problem. Either as a take-home or an in-person interview depending on the role. The goal is to see how you approach real-world problems.Paid Work Trial
Spend a day working alongside us on the product. We'll compensate you for your time. This is a chance for us to see if you're a good fit, and for you to see if this is the right place for you.Offer
We believe that a quick turnaround time is important. We'll get back to you within a few days of the interview process, and if we're a good fit, we'll make you an offer to get started ASAP.
